By visiting the Site, creating an order, or signing up for our email newsletter, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old, or old enough to form a binding contract where you live, to buy from us. By ordering, you confirm that you meet that requirement and that the information you give us is accurate.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top of this page. Changes apply to orders placed after the update, so it's a good idea to check back now and then. Continuing to use the Site after we post changes means you accept the updated Terms.

One Energy Exchange offers a mix of handmade items (including some earrings and jewelry made by hand), curated resale and vintage pieces, and natural goods like crystals, gemstones, selenite, soy candles, palo santo, and sage. Many of our items are one-of-a-kind or made in very small batches.

Because these are natural and handmade goods, no two are exactly alike. Colors, patterns, size, shape, weight, inclusions, markings, and finish will vary naturally from piece to piece and may look different from the photos on the Site depending on your screen and lighting. Crystals and gemstones are natural materials, so variation, small natural imperfections, and differences from the listing photo are expected and are part of their character, not defects.

We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately. Slight differences between what you see online and the piece you receive are normal for handmade, resale, and natural goods and are not considered flaws.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. Because many items are one-of-a-kind, once something sells it may be gone for good, and we can't guarantee that any particular item will be back in stock.

We also sell during live shows on Whatnot, so an item shown on the Site may sell there first. We try hard to keep the Site accurate, but on rare occasions an item may be listed when it is actually sold out, or a price or detail may contain an error.

If we discover an error in a price, description, or availability after you order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We are not obligated to honor an obvious pricing mistake. If we cancel your order for any of these reasons, your only remedy is a refund of what you paid for that order.

When you place an order through the Site, you're making an offer to buy the item(s) in your cart. Your order is accepted when we charge your payment and send you a confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item is no longer available, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an error in the listing.

Payments on the Site are processed securely by Stripe through Stripe Checkout. Your full card number is entered on Stripe's secure checkout and is never stored on our website or servers. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms and authorize Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the total shown, including any applicable tax and shipping.

At checkout we collect your name, U.S. shipping address, and email address so we can process and ship your order and send order-related messages. Any sales tax that applies will be calculated and shown at checkout. You are responsible for giving us a correct, complete shipping address; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an address that is wrong or incomplete.

We ship within the United States only. We aim to ship orders within about 2 business days. Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75; otherwise a flat $6.95 shipping fee applies. Delivery times depend on the carrier and are estimates, not guarantees.

Risk of loss and title to the items pass to you once we hand your package to the carrier (that is, upon shipment). From that point on, the package is yours. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we'll do our best to help you with the carrier, but any claim is between you and the carrier and we can't guarantee a refund or replacement for carrier problems.

Some listings describe traditional or metaphysical properties associated with crystals, gemstones, candles, sage, palo santo, and similar items — such as meanings, intentions, or 'energy.' We share these descriptions for enjoyment, inspiration, and cultural and spiritual interest only.

These descriptions are not medical, health, psychological, or professional advice, and they are not a promise of any particular result. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness or condition, and no statement on the Site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Never use any item as a substitute for advice or care from a qualified doctor or other professional. Burnable items like candles, sage, and palo santo involve open flame or smoke — please use common sense and follow safe practices, never leave them unattended, and keep them away from children, pets, and anything flammable. You use all products at your own risk.

The One Energy Exchange name, the 'Home of the Bohoes' tagline, our logo, product photographs, written descriptions, page text, and the overall look and feel of the Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may browse and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, download, republish, resell, or use our photos, text, branding, or other content for your own commercial purposes — including reselling our images or listings — without our written permission.

If you send us feedback, ideas, reviews, or photos (for example, tagging us on social media), you give us permission to use and share that content to promote the shop, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

Please use the Site honestly and lawfully. You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; place orders using false information or someone else's payment method without permission; interfere with, overload, or try to break into the Site or its systems; scrape, copy, or harvest content or data from the Site; upload viruses or harmful code; or resell our products in a way that misrepresents them or our brand.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or block access to the Site if we reasonably believe someone is misusing it or violating these Terms.

If you sign up for our email newsletter, you're agreeing to receive marketing and update emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We'll also send you transactional messages about your orders (like confirmations and shipping updates) even if you're not subscribed to marketing emails.

How we handle your name, address, and email is described in our Privacy Policy.

We put real care into our shop, but the Site and everything on it are provided 'as is' and 'as available,' without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We don't promise that the Site will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that descriptions, photos, colors, or other content are completely accurate, current, or free of mistakes. As noted above, natural variation in handmade, resale, and natural goods is expected and is not a defect.

Some states don't allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights you have under Tennessee or federal law that cannot legally be waived.

We're a small, home-based shop, and this section is meant to keep our responsibility reasonable. To the fullest extent allowed by law, One Energy Exchange and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any product you buy from us.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the Site or an order — whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, or any other theory — will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for the specific order that the claim relates to.

Some states don't allow certain limitations on liability, so some of these limits may not apply to you. In that case, our liability is limited to the smallest amount allowed by law.

These Terms and any dispute connected to them or to your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to those courts having jurisdiction over you, to the extent allowed by law.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will still apply. If we don't enforce a part of these Terms right away, that doesn't mean we give up the right to enforce it later.
