One Energy Exchange is a single-owner boho-chic shop operating as a sole proprietorship based in Tennessee, USA. We sell women's apparel (like kimonos and flowy dresses), handmade and curated resale jewelry, crystals and gemstones, and ritual and home goods such as soy candles, palo santo, sage, and selenite. Many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind.

We try to collect only what we actually need to send you your order and stay in touch if you'd like us to. Here's the full picture:

When you place an order at checkout, we collect your name, your U.S. shipping address, and your email address. We need these to process your purchase, ship your items, and send you order-related updates.

When you sign up for our email newsletter, we collect and store your email address so we can share new arrivals, restocks, live show announcements, and the occasional bit of boho goodness.

When you contact us directly (for example, by email), we'll have whatever information you choose to share with us in that message.

We do NOT collect or store your payment card information. See the section on payments below — this is important, so we've given it its own spot.

All payments on oneenergyexchange.com are processed securely by Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processor. When you check out, your card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure system.

Your full card number and payment card details never touch our website, our email, or any device or server we control — we never see them and we never store them. Stripe shares back with us only the limited information we need to confirm and fulfill your order, such as whether a payment succeeded and your order details — not your full card number.

We use the information we collect to run the shop and take care of you. Specifically, we use it to:

Process and fulfill your orders, including shipping your items and confirming your purchase.

Send you order-related updates and service emails — things like order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking. These are part of completing your purchase, so we'll send them when you buy something from us.

Send you marketing emails and newsletters — new arrivals, restocks, live show reminders, and special offers — but only in line with the choices described below.

Respond to your questions, requests, and messages when you reach out to us.

Keep basic records for our business, tax, and bookkeeping needs, as required.

We never want to clutter your inbox with anything you didn't ask for. You're always in control of the marketing emails you receive from us.

Every marketing or newsletter email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it any time and you'll be removed from our marketing list. You can also email us at hello@oneenergyexchange.com and we'll take you off the list ourselves.

Please note that even if you opt out of marketing, we may still need to send you essential order-related messages (like a shipping confirmation) while we're completing a purchase you've made — those aren't promotional, they're just us keeping our promise to get your order to you.

Like most websites, oneenergyexchange.com may use cookies and similar technologies to help the site work properly, remember what's in your cart, and understand in a general way how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

We may use basic website analytics tools that collect general, non-identifying information such as which pages are visited and general traffic patterns. This helps us make the shopping experience better — it's not about tracking you personally.

This one's simple and we mean it: we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Full stop.

We keep your personal information only as long as we reasonably need it — to fulfill your orders, provide customer support, keep required business and tax records, and stay in touch if you've asked us to.

If you unsubscribe from our newsletter, we'll stop using your email for marketing. We may keep certain order records (like a record of a completed purchase) for as long as we're required to for tax, accounting, and legal reasons.

Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.

We're happy to honor these requests for all our customers, wherever you live — you don't have to live in a particular state to ask. Because we don't sell your personal information (and never have), there's nothing to opt out of on that front.

To make any request — to access, correct, or delete your information — just email us at hello@oneenergyexchange.com and let us know what you'd like. We may need to verify your identity (for example, by confirming the email address associated with your order) before we act on the request, simply to protect your information from someone pretending to be you. We won't discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we handle, and we rely on trusted providers like Stripe to keep payment information secure on their end.

That said, no method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is 100% secure. We can't guarantee absolute security, but we do care about protecting your information and we work to keep it safe.

As our little shop grows and changes, we may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date at the top.
